Shipping & Delivery
All shipments from RCAD Milling will be delivered via UPS.  When checking out, you have the option to choose between Ground, 2 day, Next Day Air and Next Day Early AM delivery.  If your restoration is associated with an iTero model which we are milling, your restoration will arrive along with your iTero model.  When choosing shipping with an iTero model, the option for Next Day Air will be listed at $0.00.  Please choose this option so as not to incur addtional shipping fees with your iTero model.
Privacy & Security
All transactions made with are done using industry standard encryption.  When checking out, if you do not see 'https' and a lock icon in your URL bar, please contact us regarding your order.  You may view our policy on our Privacy Policy page.
Returns & Replacements
Our return and replacement policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions.  If you have any questions regarding our policy or you would like to request a return authorization form, please contact us.
Material Guidelines
All zirconia restorations require a minimum thickness of 0.5mm.  Zirconia bridge joins must be no smaller than 13mm2.  Please contact us for more information or if you would like to download our material file for 3shape.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments to RCAD Milling are made via credit card.  Payments are processed by using industry standard encryption to ensure your privacy and safety.  All pricing is fixed, but during special promotions, RCAD may extend to you a discount coupon which may be used for specific products or orders.  If you have a coupon you wish to apply to an order, you may enter it from you Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checkout.
Viewing Orders
You may view your orders at any time using your Account Dashboard.  Here you will see a list of orders being processed as well as recent orders which have been completed.  After your order has been made, you will also recieve an email with a direct link to that order's information, from which you can view invoicing and shipping details.  You may also view a list of your complete order history from your dashboard.
Updating Account Information
You may edit or update your account information using your Account Dashboard.  From the dashboard, you can change your email or password information by navigating to the Account Information page.  You may also change your billing or shipping address through the dashboard by navigating to the Address Book page.
